Katie came in to M2 Dentistry for a cleaning and a small filling, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. Dr. Brad and the team provided exceptional care and made the whole visit easy and stress free. If you’re looking for a dentist for your kids, we could not ask for a better practice. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely AMAZING experience at this office after coming from a really difficult dental situation, and I cannot say enough good things about this team. Even before we arrived, the scheduling team made such an impression—they were so kind and lovely to work with over the phone, and it immediately gave us a sense of comfort and trust. When we came in, that same warmth carried through. Becky, the dental assistant, was beyond incredible. She built such a genuine rapport with my daughter—she felt more like a friend than a provider. Her patience, calm demeanor, and ability to connect made all the difference in helping my daughter feel safe and at ease. And Dr. Brad… truly exceptional. My daughter has dental/medical anxiety, and I have never seen a provider handle it with such patience and care. He took his time, never rushed us, never pressured or forced anything, and made sure my daughter felt safe and in control throughout the entire process. At no point did we feel like an inconvenience—in fact, it was the complete opposite. We felt supported, heard, and cared for from start to finish. Our 2.5 year old daughter visited M2 today as a new patient. We immediately felt welcomed upon arrival. She quickly became comfortable in their incredibly clean waiting room, finding a book to read. Our experience with the doctor was equally as impressive. Dr. Brad was incredibly patient and gentle with our daughter. He made sure all of my questions were answered and helped our daughter relax. She loved picking out a new toy and sticker when she was done. When we got in the car she told me, “He was a nice doctor!” If that’s not a rave review, I don’t know what is!

Dr. Brad and the dental assistant was super nice and good with my two year old son! It was my son’s first appointment and he did have to sit on my lap. They played his favorite show and brushed his teeth. They gave him a toy at the end of the visit too. Highly recommend coming to this place and will for sure go back. My son couldn’t stop talking to Dr. Brad after the cleaning! We couldn’t have had a better experience.

We had a great experience with Dr. Brad & team at M2 for our daughter’s first dentist appt! They were so patient, kind, and made every effort to ease our daughter’s nerves. She had such a smooth appt due to the staff’s care & the environment at M2. Very grateful!
